If the location, construction and ventilation of a workplace make elevated radon levels seem likely, or it is in an affected area as defined by the National Radiological Protection Board (NRPB), the employer should have the premises tested. We are able to offer this service if required in order to assist you towards compliance with the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 and the specific regulations made under that Act (Ionising Radiations Regulations 1999).
