Regulatory Compliance

HMW provides regulatory compliance reports for numerous industrial and municipal clients as required by solid waste, land application, and NPDES permits. Examples of these reports are annual and semi-annual groundwater monitoring reports for landfills, annual land application reports (biosolids) for industrial and municipal clients, and stormwater reports for industrial and municipal clients. HMW also prepares monthly Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) required by NPDES permits. Typically, our clients prefer that HMW performs the groundwater, soil, stormwater, and wastewater sampling associated with their respective permits.
