ERG personnel have extensive experience in minimizing the installed cost and completion schedule for those projects whose small size or other conditions make design-install economically preferable. In cases where a system is required, we recommend off-site fabricated process equipment in a self-contained structure designed for easy maintenance, then using field-run piping and electrical. This approach allows a “factory pre-test” of components and control systems prior to delivery to the site, which reduces startup and shakedown time, and ultimately leads to high system up-time.
