Return of Dilo Devices

Before returning your Dilo equipment to us, we request that you inform us if the materials/substance you have been using in the equipment are hazardous. The reason for this request of information is necessary for the safety of our technicians. They must have prior knowledge of what has been used so as they can apply the necessary procedures to carry out work safely on your device. Before you return your equipment we would ask that you contact Dilo by completing the following form. Once this is done, you will receive a form from us stating a "return authorization"/RMA number.
