Here are the main steps included in our Plant Optimization Program: Step 1: A specialized technician inspects your conveying system, takes measurement of the wearing parts, greases the gear drive and writes a report to our engineering service. Step 2: A complete report is then given to you including: Wear percentage on the wearing parts and remaining life. Quote and delivery time for spare parts to be replaced. Improvement/Optimization proposal for the use of your equipment to reduce wear and tear and improve the system functions.
