Radiation Decontamination Solutions, LLC (RDS) is committed to the health and safety of our employees, subcontractors, suppliers, independent consultants, and support personnel while on RDS controlled property. RDS strives to develop techniques that provide maximum production with minimal risk to employee safety. RDS has a mandatory program in place for the safety training of all new-hires and an annual refresher program for all employees.
All RDS facilities maintain an employee health program. Every facility has a primary health officer responsible for administering First Aid, CPR, and is trained in AED (Auto electronic defibrillation). Generally, the site health officer is also responsible for the PPE personal protective equipment, fire safety, and hazard communication program.
RDS maintains a policy of strict compliance to OSHA standards for manufacturing facilities.
