RDS has a mandatory program in place for the safety training of all new-hires and an annual refresher program for all employees.

RDS maintains a secure website and the latest security software on all RDS electronic devices. All historical data is stored on a secured, non-linked server with no external internet access. Under no circumstances will any part of any customer’s data be shared without the informed written consent of that customer. Any data share must be of significant technical importance to warrant inclusion.
