BPE is Certified with the State of Delaware to perform Investigative and Remedial Action work (including facility evaluations, site inspections, remedial investigations, Brownfields investigations, human health risk assessments, feasibility studies, remedial action oversight and long-term stewardship) under the Delaware Hazardous Substance Cleanup Act (HSCA) Program.In addition, BPE has been included on the DNREC Tank Management Section Environmental Investigation and Remediation Consultants List.
