Our service levels are important to us and our clients.97% of our reports have been delivered on time so far in 2011.
Out of 97% on time delivery, 23% were delivered on the date that they were due and 77% were delivered early.
3% of our reports were delivered 1 day past the agreed due date - they came with an apology but no excuses. We aim to achieve 100% on time into the future.
