What is your Serial Number?: When contacting S&G about your machine, please provide your Serial Number. This 4-digit ID includes the letter “S” followed by a 3 numbers - is located on a nameplate at the back of the SlydEater. The machine manuals also reference the serial number. Don’t have it? Send an email or, better yet, give us a call along with your contact information and we should be able to figure it out.
