- Indaver has six rotary kilns in Belgium and Germany. These installations process complex waste flows under the best conditions. They ensure that dangerous components are made harmless or are destroyed in a safe, controlled and environmentally friendly way.
- Two separate studies by VITO and K.U.Leuven concluded that our rotary kilns are more environmentally friendly than cement installations for processing dangerous waste. The rotary kilns are equipped with advanced flue gas cleaning systems and offer the option to recover the energy released during processing.
- We use all our know-how and experience to search for new and increasingly better processing methods for different types of waste. Hence the conversion of the static oven on the Antwerp site will enable the safe and environmentally friendly thermal processing of packaged waste.
