Federal regulations require that owners of underground storage tanks (UST) comply with the December 22, 1998 deadline for upgrading UST systems to incorporate leak detection devices, among other requirements. WESTECH Environmental Solutions can assist an owner/operator with development of a tank management program to address USTs not in compliance with federal regulations.
