Planning 4 Sustainable Development (P4SD), is a small but unique land use and environmental planning firm specializing in policy planning, research, technical assessment, designs and capacity building.

We are unique in that we provide a one stop shop for development planning and environmental management. Our key staff have been involved in land use development and sustainability work here and overseas for over 25 years. This has ranged from residential subdivision design, industrial planning, city structure planning, large EIA & EMPs and coastal zone management planning - to the formulation of sustainable development policy and strategies for countries, the negotiation of sustainability text for UN organs, capacity reviews for international organizations and the design and implementation of national land use planning systems.

We have practiced in multiple jurisdictions, have local, state and federal government experience and are well versed in requirements for land use, development and environmental management both here in Australia and overseas.
