Sustainable Habitats
The Sustainable Habitats division of TERI has been working on issues related to sustainable urban development, transportation systems, and habitats for over two decades. The Division"s activities range from carrying out energy-environment related analysis, giving inputs to policy and planning, improving urban service provision and governance, carrying out sustainability assessments, exploring climate change implications, and carrying out capacity building for various stakeholders, all in the context of transport and urban development. In the area of sustainable habitats, the division has been consistently delivering solutions to enable design and development of sustainable habitats at both macro and micro levels. The division is very actively working in states and cities to mainstream sustainable habitat/building design guidelines and regulations at the building level to help design greener buildings through integrated design approachMost popular related searches
