Tariff & Regulatory Department (T&RD)
The Department is assigned with the strategic task of regularly analyzing the cost of service of the provision of utility services and interfacing with the Regulatory Bodies. Its main functions include: Assessment of revenue requirements for all the service lines of the company. Revenue planning for the operating and business plan. Determination of transfer prices for utility consumption of internal sales. Maintaining a data-bank for the management and regulatory purposes. Marafiq focal point for dealing with ECRA and other regulators.
