Vinge’s tax group enjoys a large market share in relation to tax advice in conjunction with establishments of Swedish private equity funds, debt funds, and similar investment structures.Many of the group’s mandates relate to providing clients with tax-optimisation advice in connection with the purchase and sale of companies, corporate formations, reconstructions, public procurement issues and listings, as well as project financing in both a Swedish and international environment. Other common mandates relate to the taxation aspects relating to employment issues, e.g. the preparation and implementation of incentive schemes as well as emigration and repatriation issues. The group also advises clients in relation to VAT and other forms of indirect taxation.
