Quantek Instruments provides comprehensive support for all oxygen and CO2 analyzers manufactured at our Massachusetts facility. Whether you need technical assistance, calibration services, or repair work, our experienced team delivers fast turnaround times and factory-certified service. We understand that analyzer downtime affects your production quality and testing schedules. That’s why we prioritize rapid evaluation and transparent communication throughout the service process.
Product manuals ship with every new analyzer. If you would like a digital copy, please E-mail your request to sales@quantekinstruments.com and include the 4-digit serial number of your analyzer.

Returning instruments for repair or calibration is easy:

2) No RMA# or other paperwork is needed.
3) Please make sure that the analyzer is well protected.
4) *Important* Always include a business card or contact information in the box. We’ll typically evaluate and send estimates within 24-48 hours of receipt. Lack of contact information may delay this process.
You can e-mail us at sales@quantekinstruments.com to let us know your analyzer is coming back for service, but it isn’t required.
Customers outside the U.S.: Please ship to the United States using harmonized tariff code 9801.00.1090 (which is the code for manufactured goods originally made in the U.S.) and declare a value of $50 on your commercial invoice.
