PES Associates, Inc.’s Transaction Screen Assessments are conducted in an expeditious manner. Our scientists inspect Site conditions and interview owners, occupants and abutters about known environmental conditions in the area. The focus of these Transaction Screens is placed on potential environmental liabilities associated with the historical and current uses of the Site.
A written report presenting the assessment findings is prepared along with a Site plan and location maps, photographs, conclusions, recommendations, and potential cost estimates for further Site investigation and remedial actions, if necessary.
