If you keep, treat or dispose of waste you may require either a Waste Management Licence, which is issued by the Environment Agency (under section 36 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990), or an exemption for waste management licensing, again regulated by the Environment Agency. Ceri Environmental Consulting Ltd can provide you with advice and information regarding the waste licensing and exemption regimes. We will then assist you by preparing your application documents for the Environment Agency, and seeing your application through to determination.
