The Luxus Bin2Bin waste recycling scheme for local authorities. Our Bin2Bin scheme provides a ‘closed loop’recycling service for local authorities allowing ‘end of life’ `wheelie` wheeled bins to be processed for further re-manufacture into the same product. It is a highly efficient and sustainable solution that allows local authorities to effectively manage their waste wheel bin problem.

This is how it works:
- Old bins are collected from your site in registered vehicles to transfer waste
- A weight return ticket is then provided for landfill tax credits
- Return of colour matched compound to bin manufacturers to produce new bins to EN840 and RAL standards
By taking proven technologies and applying our knowledge we are able to take thermoplastic from its scrap form to a colour filled and enhanced product in just one step.
