Workplace Health & Safety Services
Workplace Health & Safety plays a very important role within HSE&S. It has a corporate responsibility and its main task is to establish strategies for the development and implementation of policies and plans for key workplace health, safety and security functions. Workplace Health & Safety manages the development and implementation of HSE&S Emergency Response & Management Plans/Procedures for the entire company. It interfaces with internal and external bodies to ensure effective management of emergency situations for the company and coordinates Crisis & Emergency Response / Management training and drills for the company in both the United Arab Emirates and Qatar.It is also responsible for corporate security with respect to physical security, overseeing security vulnerability assessments and ensuring business units establish security procedures that are aligned with the corporate security policies.
Additionally, focus is given to managing, coordinating and implementing campaigns on occupational health and workplace health and safety matters in order to raise the occupational health, industrial hygiene and workplace safety awareness levels among company employees. Also, it ensures the implementation of other occupational health & safety programs such as audits and inspection programs.
Incident investigations and reporting are managed across all Dolphin Energy locations. Trend data is analyzed and improvement actions are then implemented. Related to this, Dolphin Energy also manages a comprehensive road safety program.
Dolphin Energy also has a pivotal role in collaboration with Talent Management on company HSE training courses, ensuring that the corporate training matrix is implemented.
