Zinc/Iron Phosphate Sludge

That nasty green or brown sludge that plugs nozzles and heat exchangers is not a problem any longer. Our Bio-Zyme series of enzymes gets rid of it fast with little or no production down time. The sludge molecule has the elements 2Phosporus, 8 Oxygens and three divalent irons, zinc, nickel, manganese or a combination of these metallics. Bio-Zyme releases the magnetic bond between the iron and the oxygens, turns them into CO2 and then solublizes the sludge. This extremely cost-effective solution works at room temperature, is 10X faster than 50% nitric and you can reuse it many times.
