AFFINImeter - Advanced ITC Plan with Model Builder for Complex Interacting Systems
The Advanced ITC Plan from AFFINImeter is specifically crafted for both novice and seasoned ITC users dealing with complex interacting systems that deviate from standard binding models. This comprehensive plan includes the fundamentals of the Basic Plan augmented with advanced analytical tools, such as the 'model builder' which enables users to design custom binding models with ease. It is particularly beneficial for situations involving interactions like those of two competing ligands. The plan is expandable for teams, offering multi-user licenses ideal for research groups with a primary administrator managing accounts. This plan includes all the features of the basic plan plus advanced tools of analysis: it offers the predefined models available in the basic plan and also the tool “model builder” with which users can create tailored binding models in an easy and straightforward way. The advanced plan includes the possibility to perform global fitting of multiple isotherms.
The Advanced team plan is recommended for research groups/core facilities with many ITC users. This plan consists of a multi-user license comprising one administrator account and two or more* standard user accounts. The administrator (i.e. the head of the research team or core facility) can visualize and edit its own account and the other user accounts. All the accounts of the team plan contain the tools of the Advanced Plan.
By default, AFFINImeter is provided as a cloud software and local installations are available only upon request. AFFINImeter on the cloud offers many advantages like no need of software installation and right away access to your account and data analysis from any computer/tablet/smartphone connected to the internet. The option of a local installation is requested i.e. when researchers are not authorized by their institution to upload data to the internet.
