Locus - Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) Readiness Software

Locus software drives compliance with CSRD and other mandatory and voluntary frameworks. Many US companies with subsidiaries in the European Union will be subject to the provisions of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) — which mandates reporting on broad environmental, social and governance (ESG) data. While potential revisions to the regulation may be forthcoming, as of this writing, the first phase of affected companies will issue their first mandatory CSRD report in 2025 based on 2024 data, and the list of affected multi-national companies grows each year. The second wave of affected US and international companies may need to implement processes and systems to collect and manage the 2025 data they will accrue for their mandatory 2026 CSRD report.
