Execute Procedures
Use the Mobile App to execute Lockout Tagout procedures for a machine, verifying each step as it is done. Each Lockout step is recorded on the Web with date and time. The Unlock procedure is also executed on the Mobile App.

Downtime Analysis
The system will track each time a machine is locked out and the lock out duration. Reports and Dashboards are provided that show machine downtime analysis. This information can help to decide when to replace equipment.

Periodic Inspections of Procedures
This lockout tagout software solution will alert managers when Lockout Tagout Procedures are due for Audit. Auditing of any Lockout Tagout procedure can be done either on the Web Portal or on the Mobile App. During the audit users can add photographs with comments and these can then be applied to the procedure as part of the Audit Results.

Upload Current Lockout Tagout Documents
In order to help customers manage the compliance of LOTO procedures the system will allow customers to upload current prodedures in PDF format. These procedures can then be used on the Moble App. The Mobile App allows users to review, execute and perform periodic inspections of each lockout tagout procedure. This allows customers to quickly implement IMEC's lockout tagout software to aid compliance.

Dashboards Aid Compliance
The Dashboards within the system provide powerful Analytics. This includes information on Lockout Tagout History with the Date, Time and User who performed the lockout. Managers can also easily see which Procedures are Due for Audit and know the current list of Machines that are Locked Out within Facility or Area.
