The user-friendly PC software solution CAYMAN for Schleuniger''s automatic cut & strip machines simplifies efficient programming of individual article and article lists. With a graphical interface and intuitive menu structure for fast programming, CAYMAN reduces machine downtime. A software assistant, WYSIWYG graphic illustration of wires, and a clear layout support operators additionally. The software can be installed on a separate PC for offline programming while the machine is in production.Predefined wire ends, processing templates, unlimited wire list storage, and libraries for materials and processing simplify setting parameters. The open interface allows data import from external sources.Optional extension software like CAYMAN Toolbox Basic and ERP add functionality. For marking and printing cables, the CAYMAN Device Connector extension is available. To connect CAYMAN with the CAO MES soulution, the SMG Sever extension is required.
