With Optrak4 Publisher, the loaders will be able to see the drop sequence and, where defined, a trip loading plan and even flushing and cleaning instructions. Trips can be sorted by departure time, to allow the warehouse manager to see which vehicles must be loaded for early departure.

Staff at outbases will have access to their part of the plan enabling them to review the results and – based on their local knowledge – make requests for modifications. Revised solutions can be uploaded and the review process repeated if necessary before the plan is finalised.

Optrak4 Publisher gives other members of the transport team access to the finalised solution – particularly useful when the planner is working on the next day’s plan – and there’s no need to switch back and forth between today’s plan and yesterday’s routes
