Executive Intensive Value-Based Partnership Program
This hands-on program teaches smart, effective value-based partnering skills, equiping you with the tools to create transformational and sustainable alliances for your community/organization. Participants learn how to plan, build & maintain value-based partnerships with Industry & Other Governments; where necessary, to dissolve partnerships with greater ease and less stress. Our program is designed to empower leaders to create alliances that move them from the transactional to the transformational
- Format: Blended (Virtual, Instructor-Led, Online)
- Duration: 4 months
Our ideal participants typically fall into one of the following categories:

- Partnership Leaders, Chairs, Coordinators
Instructional Approach
This 4-month program, through intensive in-person training, virtual workshops and network webinars, explores the key principles of a Value-Based Partnership; it strenghtens your ability to build and develop strategic partnerships. Included in the program:
- Complimentary training webinars for your highest valued partners
- Tools and resources to walk you through each phase of the program
- A virtual community to foster ongoing learning and exchanges (LinkedIn), and
- A limited licence authorizing ongoing use of the VBP-EI Audit Tools, within your organization
Course Requirements
- Internet and audio connection (speaking and listening—no web-cam required)
- Cisco WebEx capabilities (test your connection here: http://www.webex.com/test-meeting.html)
Course Organization
The program format includes:
- Kick-off training session (virtual);
- 2-days of in-person intensive training (Toronto)
- Four virtual 90-min meetings, with consultation feedback
Terms

Funding
The Canada Job Grant (CJG) funds up to 2/3rds of training costs (for a max. of $10,000/employee)
