Ground Penetrating Radar GPR Training

Working with GPR units requires practical knowledge as well as theoretical. For this reason all of our training contains a thorough theory segment as well as a practical segment. This is where our engineers, with many years of experience in the field, will let you in on smart tips and tricks to get the best possible results.

The training sessions are personal and held when you and your colleagues have time for the training, instead of set dates. This is also why no open seminars or large classroom sessions for different companies are held. Instead we adjust our training content to your specific needs and to the situations that might occur during your survey collection. After all, companies in the archeology field might not be very interested in the same things as companies in the construction field.

The training can be performed at the main Geoscanners facility in Sweden, or at the location that you choose (contact us for more information). The training sessions include the same contents and the practical segment is possible regardless if you choose to do the training in Sweden or somewhere else.

GPR training* at the Geoscanners facility includes:

• 2 days free of charge GPR training (travel and accommodations not included)
• GPR theory – Understanding the GPR principles, setting up the system, data acquisition, introduction to GPR data processing etc
• Practical work with a GPR system
• Certificate upon completing a certificate test
