Managing for Excellence: Employee Performance Feedback Training
Managing for Excellence is a half-day employee performance training class that provides a host of best-practice tools to support managers in setting expectations, providing on-going feedback, and targeting the skills needed to support the annual employee performance review process. This is a live training designed to develop staff performance, minimize legal risk, and provide your managers and employees with the feedback structure they need to excel in the workplace.
