Plant and Machinery Training
The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER) 1998 require employers to remove or control risks in the use of equipment. You must provide adequate information, instruction and training to employees before they use equipment.
Accidents at work kill over 200 people every year, and injure over one million.*
Failure to comply may lead to fines or prosecution.
Providing operator training helps establish an active safety culture amongst your employees. Accidents, and their costs, will reduce considerably. Your employees will feel safer in their work, improving productivity and staff morale.
