We often provide training in conjunction with project planning and design meetings to provide a `level playing field` for all participants. Training presented at these meetings will improve understanding of the methods and techniques proposed for your project. We normally like to have all of the stakeholders attend the training meetings and then visit the site to discuss the various methods, techniques, and then to develop a design scenario that provides a win-win situation for all the stakeholders.
These length of these training sessions can be varied to match the goals, budget, and availability of stakeholders. It has been our experience that this training, when provided to the stakeholder team as a part of the concept development process, facilitates project approval by the regulatory agencies since the regulators understand the methods and concepts being implemented on the project. We have found this method to successfully move projects forward that have become mired in controversy and misunderstanding.
