Building a road with Envirotac is a fraction of the cost spent using traditional methods such as asphalt, importing rock base, lime stabilization, soil cements, bitumen, long term magnesium chlorides, lignin`s, enzymes, and even maintaining with water.

When a road is constructed with Envirotac it will not need to be maintained near as often as it would with water and gravel. Envirotac will hold the grade and greatly reduce potholes and wash boarding. Once incorporated into the soil, a fog seal is recommended at a greatly reduced rate of the initial application every 12 to 24 months.

Reduce Permeability
Our Envirotac line of polymers when incorporated into soil will encapsulate the soil particle and bind them together. This reduces water from entering the soil and swelling. So the roads will not get muddy when wet or slippery for example as it would if it had been treated by a Magnesium Chloride.
