ABG blueroof offers a new concept in the management of storm water on both flat roof and podium areas, and for new build and refurbishment projects. The patented blue roof system utilises part of the roof build-up / depth for the attenuation of storm water, releasing it at a controlled rate in the period following the key design storm events.

Biodiverse roof systems characteristically consist of undulating growing media; typically 80mm – 150mm deep. This is planted with a variety of drought tolerant hardy plants or seed such as wildflowers, sedums, grasses and perennials.

Extensive green roof systems consist of a shallow layer of growing media, typically 80mm deep. This is planted with a variety of drought tolerant hardy plants such as sedums.
