The Acme TwinSet and its microprocessor-based system feature a high-quality stand-alone controller providing all the necessary hardware for the continuous monitoring of two gases in the following combinations: CO/CO, CO/CO2, CO/ NO2, CO/COMB. This unit is primarily geared towards providing alarm-activated relays for simple applications such as small parking garages.

This state-of-the-art instrument measures Carbon Dioxide (CO2) concentrations in the parts per million (ppm) range and is ideal for applications ranging from conference rooms to cafeterias. The CO2-2000 is easy to install and support. Measurement output is via a 4 – 20mA current loop or a 0-10V interface. A completely isolated power supply eliminates any ground loop or electrical interaction problems when multiple units are connected to the same controller. Low power consumption makes the CO2-2000 perfect for battery-operated or other power-sensitive applications. The CO2-2000’s single gas verification makes field calibration a snap, and its superior design means significantly longer calibration intervals.

The Acme REF-IR-ST Sensor/Transmitter is designed to detect the presence of refrigerant leaks in enclosed areas. The REF-IR-ST series employs a high-precision NDIR sensor ideal for gas-specific and accurate measurements of the most commercially used refrigerants. With its 1PPM resolution, 0-1000PPM measuring range, and operating temperature and humidity characteristics, the REF-IR-ST far exceeds the current ASHRAE 15 requirements. The diffusion-based sensing method eliminates the use of filters and moving parts such as pumps, solenoid valves, etc. found in sample-draw systems and renders virtually maintenance-free operation.
