WE MANUFACTURE WITH THE POWER OF THE SUN!

In November 2017, to coincide with its 25th anniversary, the company moved into a newly built, significantly larger production hall in Glandorf. Here we produce our machines as largely climate-neutrally as possible. We generate the electricity required for production entirely using photovoltaics. Using a storage/cloud combination, we bridge the days and months when the sun shines little or not at all. With the exception of the production hall, the building is built according to passive house standards and therefore requires only little primary energy. Heating is done with geothermal energy. With a fleet consisting predominantly of electric vehicles, we also try to keep our CO2 emissions as low as possible. In order to incorporate environmental considerations into our products, we have developed EarthPlug®. With this new add-on it is possible to

All AGU products are manufactured using modern laser and bending technology and welded on precise 3D work tables. Thanks to our own young talent, whom AGU has been training for over 20 years, we will continue to be supplied with qualified personnel in the future. This ensures the consistently high quality of our products.

AGU machines only leave the factory for galvanizing. Unlike some competitors, we do not manufacture in (cheaper) foreign countries, but rather build the machines from the first laser part to the last screw here in Glandorf. In our opinion, garbage compactors only deserve the label “100% Made in Germany” if the quality can be checked at every single production stage. Others think that all you need to do is complete it in Germany. Of course, we could produce more cheaply this way and thus gain a price advantage on the market - but this would contradict our corporate philosophy.

AGU DIRECT - OFFICE MURNAU

Rudolf Giebl started working for AGU in 1993. Today he is your contact for southern Germany (Bavaria), Austria and South Tyrol. He also advises and supports all interested parties/customers of the purchasing associations hogast (D and A), HGP and handover (A). With an interim storage facility in Murnau, Mr. Giebl is also able to demonstrate machines, set up test machines and carry out service and maintenance work for existing customers.
