Air Dynamics Industrial Systems has successfully designed and engineered a solution to these challenges. By law, commercial laundry facilities must also comply with state and local codes for particulate matter discharge from the facility. A facility with a large number of commercial dryers can discharge hundreds if not thousands of pounds of dust and lint into the atmosphere per year.

Bin Vent Dust Collectors
Our units are constructed from 11-gauge carbon steel, fully welded with bar stock stiffeners for heavy industrial use. Bin Vent Dust Collector Systems also feature welded, heavy gauge, direct drive industrial grade BI fans with high efficiency TEFC motors where required.

The wide cartridge spacing and vertical cleaning method reduces re-entrainment of dust by 75% and extends the life of your filters for an effective cleaning application. Our dust collector systems incorporate a low-pressure drop across the unit resulting in less energy consumption. This feature reduces maintenance requirements and helps lower operating costs by using about 30% less energy than traditional units.

MAX Mobilair - Model 1.0 SCH - Portable Dust Collectors
The MAX MOBILAIR-1.0 SCH offers high filtration efficiencies with the convenience of portability. With the articulated pick up arm, this unit can be moved as the workflow dictates. This has been conceived for the control of smoke, dust & other airborne contaminants. The filtered air can be returned right back into the work place acting as a heat recovery device. The MOBILAIR helps to improve working conditions all the while reducing the level of exhausting and related in-plant maintenance costs.

This portable rig is designed to perform outdoor blowing sand or dust tests. The rig is customized to support the customer’s largest sized test item. It provides an accurate & repeatable sand or dust concentration distribution using our proprietary nozzle injection process. Additional portable modules can be added to support wind velocity, temperature, and humidity requirements.
