Available in two models, the ta3000 gas analyzer is an isothermal gas chromatograph that can be configured with a reduction gas detector or flame ionization detector. Measuring at a low detection limit, these analyzers provide extremely sensitive measurements from parts-per-million (ppm) to low parts-per-billion (ppb) levels, and negligible matrix effects from permanent gases.

Designed for modern ultra-high-purity (UHP) gas applications, the ta7000 series measures impurities at extremely low, parts-per-trillion (ppt) levels, using either a reduction gas detector or flame ionization detector. Employing an advanced algorithm that isolates measurement signals while filtering out random electronic noise, the analyzer delivers unparalleled sensitivity. This results in an accurate, precise profile of bulk gas quality.

The MGB1000 is a micro gas blender ideal for calibrating gas analyzers, such as AMETEK Process Instruments’ ta3000 and ta5000 series, with parts-per-million (ppm) or parts-per-billion mixes of a single or mixed-component gas standard. It generates consistent and reliable fixed-point gas concentrations at blend ratios up to 4545:1. The micro volume flow path enables single-step blends quickly and reliably, without consuming large quantities of zero gas.

The Chanscope II is a rugged, portable instrument for measurements of the moisture (water) or hydrocarbon dew point temperature of any gas, and is frequently used to verify electronic hydrocarbon and water dew point analyzers. A user-friendly dew point tester that is easy to maintain and operate, it displays the temperature above the illuminated mirror, making it simpler for the operator to determine results.

The 241CE II uses an automated, three-stage chilled mirror system to measure the hydrocarbon dew point temperature in natural gas, eliminating operator error. Designed for unattended operation and low maintenance, it delivers accurate and objective direct measurements of hydrocarbon dew point temperature at pipeline or cricondentherm pressure.

The Standard Bureau of Mines Dew Point Tester uses chilled-mirror technology to accurately and reliably measure the moisture (water) or hydrocarbon dew point temperature of any gas and does not require calibration. Designed specifically to determine the dew point temperature of natural gas within a pipeline, the device meets the ASTM D1142 industry standard and can accurately detect the dew point temperature of both moisture (water) and hydrocarbon.

The Ranarex is a fast-response, simple-to-operate portable gas gravitometer used to determine the specific gravity of a process gas in comparison to air. Using a proven, trusted measurement technique in operation for more than 90 years, the gravitometer offers multiple scales and field-proven accuracy within 0.05% of actual value over a specific gravity range of 0.52 to 1.90.

A rugged oxygen analyzer for either parts per million or percent level measurements in natural gas. Unaffected by contaminants or flow rate, the OXYvisor has no cross-sensitivity to common contaminants in natural gas, including carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide, and will deliver an accurate oxygen measurement every time.
