Designed for safety and serviceability, the WDG-V is a flue gas analyzer designed to provide accurate measurements of oxygen (O2), combustibles (CO+H2) and methane (CH4) for process control and safety in combustion applications. Offering safe, reliable operation through continual diagnostic checks and proactive alarms, the analyzer provides an additional layer of safety in burner management systems in a versatile, completely field-serviceable solution designed for SIL-2.

The WDG-V Blowback offers a complete, direct-mounted solution with automated blowback functionality for combustion process control and safety in coal-fired power boilers and high-particulate applications. The WDG-V Blowback uses an integrated package to reduce footprint, eliminate heated sample line and simplify installation with single air/power connections. Users can also automate or manually perform a blowback via the AMEVision HMI.

Building on the legacy of performance and high reliability of its predecessor, the WDG-V UOP/RP was designed in conjunction with UOP Continuous Catalyst Regeneration (CCR) process requirements for low-level oxygen (O₂) measurement during the regeneration cycle in which coke deposits are removed from the catalyst by oxidation.

WDG-HPII Series analyzers offer unique chimney-effect/convective sampling technology that combines the advantages of insitu probe high-particulate sampling with the high temperature and corrosion resistance of extractive analyzers. With a high-particulate filter and weatherproof sensor enclosure, the analyzer is ideal for measurements of O₂, combustibles and methane, and is completely field serviceable.

Completely field serviceable, the WDG Insitu is a direct-sensing oxygen (O₂) probe suitable for applications where the flue gas temperature does not exceed 800^oC (1472^oF). With a range of different probe lengths offered, its unique inner/outer probe design enables the removal of cell, heater and thermocouple assembly through the probe head.

The WDG 1200/integral electronics Insitu and the WDG 1210/remote electronics Insitu are rugged, reliable flue gas analyzers that use trusted zirconium oxide sensor technology for net oxygen (O₂) measurements. The unique sensor design allows the entire sensor assembly, including the heater, to be removed without disturbing the outer protection tube which remains in the process. This makes field service fast and easy.

The CMFA-P2000 (Combustion Mix Flue Gas Analyzer) is a portable combination premix and flue gas analyzer, specifically designed to meet the dual furnace combustion of glass container manufacturing plants. Two analyzers in one, the CMFA-P2000 is a portable solution designed to measure both excess oxygen and excess fuel in pre-combustion and flue gas applications and provide air/fuel ratio measurements for burner control.

The CG1000 is a portable oxygen analyzer designed for industrial and laboratory applications. It has a wide operating range (0.1 ppm to 100% O₂, autoranging), a fast response to oxygen changes, and advanced electronic capabilities for easy system integration.
