ReactorCell - Universal Flow-through Electrochemical Cell

The ReactorCell is a universal flow-through cell, ideally suited for oxidation, reduction and activation of compounds that pass through the cell. For single component analysis, the cell can be used in infusion mode by simply connecting it to a syringe pump for direct MS analysis. In case of more complex mixtures, the electrochemical cell can be positioned after HPLC separation to perform HPLC/EC/MS experiments. The ROXY system can be controlled by Dialogue software or Chromeleonn™ CDS from Thermo Fisher Scientific.

µ-PrepCell - Model 2.0 - Workhorse Electrochemical Cell for Oxidative Metabolism

The µ-PrepCell™ is a perfect workhorse to perform electrochemical reactions with high conversion efficiencies at flow rates up to 200 µL/min. Two versions are available: the µ-PrepCell 2.0 is the best choice for oxidative metabolism and degradation studies. The µ-PrepCell SS is a dedicated cell for efficient disulfide bond reduction in peptides and proteins.

µ-PrepCell - Model SS - Workhorse Cell - High-performance Electrochemical Cell for Environmental Monitoring

The new µ-PrepCell SS is the cell of choice for the reduction of disulfide bonds in peptides/proteins including monoclonal antibodies (mAbs). The on-line electrochemical reduction is a real green approach.  Unlike the chemical reduction no expensive enzymes are being used, and also no harsh reagents such as DTT or TECP that often interfere with the LC-MS analysis. Superior characterization has been achieved of proteins in top-down and bottom-up proteomics, including hydrogen-deuterium exchange coupled to MS (HDX-MS).

SynthesisCell - Electrosynthesis Cell for Bulk Production of Mg Quantities

The SynthesisCell is designed for small-scale electrosynthesis of mg quantities of compounds that are difficult to synthesize by other methods, e.g., wet chemistry. Typical compounds that can be synthesized are metabolites, intermediates and redox products. The large surface-area of the working electrode and active stirring of the bulk solution assures for compete electrolysis of any electroactive compound and the generation of Redox products in approximately 1 hour.

ALEXYS - Model ALEXYS - UHPLC System with Electrochemical Detection

The ALEXYS™ Analyzer is a UHPLC system with electrochemical detection that has been designed to meet the highest demands for detection sensitivity and performance. The ALEXYS is easily upgradeable to micro-bore and capillary LC-EC. The system uses Clarity, a fully featured data acquisition software with all the tools for automated data acquisition, calibration, processing and reporting. An ALEXYS analyzer additionally has the appropriate kit that is optimized for a specific application. Multi-channel schemes using 2 or 3 flow cells have been developed for time, sample and experimental cost savings! ALEXYS - Model ET 210 - Inert Helium Atmosphere Eluent Tray

The ET 210 eluent tray enables to blanket the mobile phases with an inert Helium gas atmosphere. The inert atmosphere in the solvent bottle prevents diffusion of air into the mobile phase and will keep it free of CO2 and O2.

ALEXYS - UHPLC Pump

The ALEXYS UHPLC pump – P6.1L – with its lowest flow pulsations has been designed for use with electrochemical detection. The UHPLC pump features a dual piston design, therefore, under optimized conditions no noise is detectable from the piston stroke. An automated piston wash is applied to remove traces of salt and other contaminants from the backside of the pistons, increasing the lifetime of the pump seals. The pump head can deliver flow rates in the low µL/min range up to 10 mL/min.

The AS 110 is a new generation autosampler. It is a fast, robust and easy to use autosampler without compromising accuracy and reproducibility. The AS 110 includes indispensable features for the highest injection performance. It has a dual needle with positive headspace pressure, extensive wash routines for minimal carry over and 3 injection modes including µL pick-up mode for zero sample loss. In addition, the micro version of the AS has programmable injection routines called ‘User Defined Programs’.
