Rion - Vibration Meter
The VM-63A is perfect for testing product vibration levels as part of a quality control process. The VM-63A has a built in vibration sensor. The user simply touches the probe on the appropriate part of the machinery being tested and reads of the result on the clear LCD display. With thousands of these units in daily use worldwide you can be confident that it’s a suitable tool for the machinery production environment.
Rion - Vibration Meter
The VM-82 represents the gold standard for machinery vibration meters. It is practical, easy to use, reliable and accurate. The build quality is superb, it has a beautiful clear backlit display and it’s easy and intuitive to use. It has a separate sensor which is connected to the meter with a really practical coiled cable. This can also be attached to the meter via longer, practical and robust extension cables. The VM-82 is ideally suited to the engineer who wants to measure machinery vibration levels on site, quickly and easily without being bogged down by instrumentation which is unnecessarily complicated to operate.
Rion - Vibration Analyser
The VA-12 is a powerful (yet easy to use), practical and self-standing machinery vibration analyser which stores data in standard formats (csv and standard wav files) enabling analysis without the user being tied to a specific condition monitoring package or particular analysis software. However, you don’t have to download the instrument before you can analyse the data. The full colour backlit screen is visible in all lighting conditions and the user can see the characteristics of the vibration data and measurement parameters properly whilst on site.
Rion - Triaxial Vibration Meter
The VM-54 is an easy to use tri-axial vibration meter specifically designed for environmental and occupational vibration. It’s small, light and portable but incorporates two displays so you can really see what’s going on while you’re doing the measurements. The VM-54 takes the guesswork and post-processing headache out of occupational and environmental vibration measurements. On-board processing (added to the VM-54 using program cards) calculates VDVs for environmental vibration or the vector sum weighted sum for hand arm vibration for instance. You can rely upon the VM-54’s accuracy and reliability.
Rion - Vibration Meter
The VM-83 can be used with a very wide range of piezo electric and servo accelerometers. With a suitable servo accelerometer (such as the Rion LS-10) the VM-83 can be used to measure very low (0.1 – 1 Hz) frequency vibration levels. The VM-83 is very accurate and has very low levels of internal noise and the clear full information display makes it an excellent choice for a laboratory instrument or for precision or low level vibration measurements.
