Multi-Channel
Data Recorder
The DA-21 epitomises how portable data acquisition (such as audio or vibration signal recording) should be. Quick, simple, flexible, portable, battery-powered and storing data in standard wav file format to portable media that can be opened and analysed without recourse to specific bespoke software. When you choose a DA-21 for in-situ data acquisition you will be storing data long before you would have figured out how to get started with most data acquisition systems. The DA-21 records wav files (up to 4 channels) onto SD Cards. Input is via standard BNC connectors and CCLD line drive accelerometers can be connected directly. Designed for the rigours of in-situ use, the DA-21 is perfect for measuring noise and vibration inside vehicles and in other locations where you can’t practicably or would prefer not to attach sensors directly to the system you are going to use for analysis.
Rion - Data Recorder System
8 Channels of data acquisition on the move. Quick, simple, flexible, portable, battery-powered and storing data in a standard file format to portable media that can be opened and analysed without recourse to specific bespoke software. It’s very easy to use too. When you choose a DA-40 for in-situ data acquisition you will be storing data long before you would have figured out how to get started with most data acquisition systems. The DA-40 records wav files (up to 8 channels) onto compact flash cards. Input and analogue output are via standard BNC connectors and CCLD line drive accelerometers can be connected directly. Designed for the rigours of in-situ use, the DA-40 is perfect for measuring noise and vibration inside vehicles and in other locations where you can’t practicably or would prefer not to attach sensors directly to the fixed system you are going to use for analysis.
Rion - Charge Amplifier - Vibration Meter Unit
The UV-15 can be used with CCLD, TEDS or charge-type accelerometers. Suitable for single or multichannel (up to 16 channels) use the UV-15 offers the opportunity to locate the signal conditioning unit close to the sensor or, by using a VP-26A pre-amplifier, the opportunity to operate a charge accelerometer at the end of a long extension cable (standard lengths of up to 100m are available). Analogue (a.c. or d.c.) and digital (USB or LAN) output (via the UV-22 Interface Unit) outputs available. On-board integrators allow the direct measurement of acceleration, velocity or displacement. The UN-15 has a clear backlit display which shows level (as both numeric and a bar graph display) and important measurement parameters including whether the unit is measuring acceleration, velocity or displacement rms, equivalent peak or equivalent peak-to-peak.
Rion - Measuring Amplifier/Sound Level Meter Unit
The UN-14 can be used with a wide range of microphones and it can either be used on its own or as part of an up to 16 channel (sound or sound & vibration) system controlled by the UV-22. It supports CCLD and TEDS compliant microphone pre-amplifiers and the direct microphone input supports measurement microphones which require 0, 30, 60 and 200V polarisation voltages. The UN-14 has a clear backlit display which shows level (as both numeric and a bar graph display) and important measurement parameters including time and frequency weighting.
Rion - Dual Channel Charge Amplifier
UV-16 Dual Channel Charge Amplifier/Vibration Meter Unit The dual channel UV-15 can be used with a wide range of CCLD or charge-type accelerometers. Up to 16 units (32 channels) can be linked together. On-board integrators allow the direct measurement of acceleration, velocity or displacement. The UV-16 has a clear backlit display which shows level (as both numeric and a bar graph display) and important measurement parameters including whether the unit is measuring acceleration, velocity or displacement.
