A bar screen is a filter system designed to to remove objects such as rags, wipes and plastics and protect pumps from clogging. It is the first level of filtration used by wastewater treatment plants.

Two heavy-duty chains, driven by a powerful drive shaft, carry a system of rakes placed three feet apart. Each rake contains multiple teeth and/or brushes, and the stainless steel drive chains are connected with links bearings free to minimize maintenance. The chain rollers are made of stainless steel and the chain guides are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), with no metallic lower bearings and no lower sprockets.

Drumtec is a rotary drum screen that has been specifically designed for heavy pretreatment applications, including municipal wastewater, mud thickening, septic receiving stations, and food processing facilities. Washtec is a heavy duty automatic washer/compactor screw equipment. This innovative system is designed to effectively clean and compact screenings. Upon discharge of debris into the WASHTEC, the equipment initiates cleaning and compacting cycles. The robust screw mechanism continuously pushes the debris into the compacting pipe, while the washing ramp efficiently cleans the debris and reduces organic matter. Once the debris is thoroughly compacted and dried within the pipe, it is conveniently discharged into a dumpster for disposal.

Grittec is a grit classifier that separates rock, sand, and grit from screened wastewater. A large surface tank allows screened material to settle to the bottom, where a shaftless screw conveys screened debris to a dumpster.
