The main purpose of paper (cardboard) web quality control system (QCS) «A 3000» is controlling of MD and CD profiles of the products quality parameters. The quality control system is also a source of data for process control system and quality parameters regulation. The system of "A 3000" is an intelligent measuring software and hardware control system of the products quality parameters, which is implemented with the use of modern technology and scientific achievement of our company.

The reflective type infrared moisture sensor, of sheet and bulk materials Aquar 1108 is designed for non-contact moisture measurement of sheet materials (paper and cardboard web, particleboard, pulp, etc.) and bulk materials (wood chips, sand, fertilizers, etc.) in technological processes autonomously or like an information measuring part of ACS.

The patented way of transmission coefficients measurement infrared (IR) radiation through paper web (cardboard) on measuring and reference wavelengths is realized in the infrared moisture sensor of paper web (cardboard) "A 327".

The moisture, paper weight and ash content infrared sensor of paper web "A 331" is designed for continuous and non-contact control of moisture, paper weight and ash content of paper web in the technological stream of papermaking.

Specialized robot-manipulator is intended for regulation headbox slice top lip. It`s a part of CD managment system. Robot manipulator is designed for coordinated regulation, of the same type mechanisms precise regulation of any parameter, arranged in a line and having the rotational principle of regulation.

Microwave transmission type consistency sensor A 344W is used on urban wastewater treatment plants. The sensor A 344W measures the total solids content (activated sludge) in wastewater in the outputs from primary segmentation tang.
