Archigas - Gas Analyzers for Hydrogen and Helium Detection

The TCD3000 SiA version is predestined for hydrogen detection in areas that require ATEX certification. The compact and robust gas analyser with the specifications II 2 G Ex db IIC T4/T3 Gb, -40°C < Ta < +90°C / 125°C for ATEX ZONE 1 is ideal for the precise, fast and sensitive measurement of quasi-binary gas mixtures. The measurement is based on the principle of thermal conductivity (TCD = Thermal Conductivity Detector). This technology is ideal for measuring gases with very different thermal conductivities, such as H2 and O2.

Archigas - Transmitter

The TCD3000 Transmitter is an advanced solution for precise hydrogen detection based on thermal conductivity. It is designed for bypass measurements where in-process detection is not feasible or desired, especially useful for applications with lower flow rates. The device exhibits high precision and rapid response, with industry-leading measurement speeds of less than 30 ms and a wide range from ppm levels up to 100 vol.%. Suitable for harsh environments, it can withstand up to 200 bar of pressure and is optimized for use in humid conditions. Its robust construction and precise measurement capabilities make it ideal for use in electrolysers, fuel cells, and hydrogen infrastructure. The transmitter contributes profoundly to occupational safety with its reliable explosion level monitoring, making it a long-lasting investment expected to serve up to ten years with minimal maintenance.
