ArchigasModel TCD3000 Si -H2 Gas Analyser

SHARE

The TCD3000 Si variant is designed for hydrogen detection in areas outside the ATEX zone. The compact and robust gas analyser is ideal for the precise, fast and sensitive measurement of quasi-binary gas mixtures. The measurement is based on the principle of thermal conductivity (TCD = Thermal Conductivity Detector). This technology is ideal for measuring gases with very different thermal conductivities, such as H2 and O2.

  • Outstanding precision and speed in hydrogen concentration measurement: The gas analysers are characterized by an industry-leading response time of < 30 ms and a measuring range from a few ppm to 100 vol.%, specially developed for the new requirements of hydrogen infrastructure in the energy and process industries.
  • Unrivalled robustness for demanding environments: Optimised for use in humid environments, the devices withstand condensate and water without damage and provides precise measurements up to a pressure of 200 bar – ideal for electrolysers, fuel cells and other hydrogen applications.
  • Maximum safety, minimum maintenance: The TCD3000 SiA and TCD3000 Si significantly increase occupational safety through fast and reliable explosion level monitoring. The devices represent a long-term investment with an expected service life of up to 10 years.
  • Adaptability meets economy: The screw-in and extremely compact gas analysers save space and costs. Thanks to them, a wide variety of gas mixtures can be measured without additional sample preparation – a highly efficient solution that outperforms the competition in terms of performance and price.
