Remote Cleaning Services

We all use water – Earth’s most precious resource. Industries, municipalities, and all power generation facilities other than wind and solar utilize water in the manufacture of goods, power generation or as a consumable item either directly for potable use or as a component in a manufactured product. The design and maintenance of the infrastructure for the collection and distribution of water is driven by greater environmental awareness, worker safety requirements and stricter health and safety protocols. These driving forces have improved today’s working environment often by leveraging modern robotic or remote systems.

Remote Grout Injections Services

ASI develops an effective repair method to seal a leaky joint. ASI successfully developed a patented Underwater Self-sealing Grout after research indicated there were no off-the-shelf grouting or mechanical technologies available to seal a leaky joint in a deep ocean outfall. The patented Underwater Self-sealing can be readily pumped through 305 m/1000 ft. of 2 cm/0.75 in. diameter hose without plugging, unlike “standard” commercial mixes with chemical additives.

Remote Maintenance & Repair Services

As a safe solution to underwater repairs, ASI utilizes ROVs to conduct light underwater repair work. Some specialized underwater tasks can be completed by use of ROV including recovering trash racks, developing razor anvil cutting attachments and intake screen cleaning tool trays. Our highly skilled and experienced team of engineers and technicians is able to customize unique solutions for underwater projects in our 50,000 sq. ft. facility which includes fabrication shops, ROV test tanks and 2 acres of laydown area.
