The pumping stations are fully equipped with pumps (manufactured according to customer requirements), stainless steel or plastic pipes, fittings, switchgear and remote control technology. In conjunction with the pumping stations, we erect peripheral facilities such as compressed air flushing stations, pressure pipe ventilation systems, pump sump ventilation systems and fully equipped measuring and fitting shafts.

We supply complete piping systems made of stainless steel or plastic for conveying all types of fluids in municipal or commercial sewage treatment plants and for all types of industrial plants. We offer complete service packages including static calculations, material selection, design of pumps and fittings, piping prefabrication in our own welding shop, assembly and commissioning. As part of the commissioning, we create the complete system documentation in accordance with our customers` internal standards or in accordance with the Machinery Directive / Industrial Safety Ordinance.

We plan, supply and install equipment for drinking water systems such as; Pipelines made of stainless steel, plastic, steel rilsan-coated for drinking water tanks and waterworks. Valves, valve actuators (manufactured according to customer requirements). pumps and pressure booster systems. measurement and control technology. dosing systems (custom-made products). UV disinfection systems (custom-made products).

We plan, build and maintain special systems for the conveyance and treatment of all types of fluids as prototypes and small series. In doing so, we use the many years of experience of the AWAS group of companies in the manufacture of flotation systems, emulsion splitting systems and neutralization systems as well as the latest scientific findings from our project partners at universities and scientific institutions. The production of the systems (pipeline construction, measurement and control technology, compressed air technology) takes place entirely in-house.

We plan and build turnkey storm water basins or complete storm water basin equipment.

Due to its special shape, the OLOID is not a stirring body in the traditional sense. In contrast to propellers, where the material to be stirred is set in motion by rotation, OLOIDs convey the material to be stirred from the depths using rhythmic impulses and pass it on at right angles. This results in a more complete circulation of the material to be stirred.
