The VMD-08 is a wall mountable Air dryer unit. It can supply up to 8 l/min of dry air under normal conditions. The VMD-08 is used to supply a dry air source for units that use less then 8 l/min such as the HTU-500 and VMUS-4.

The all new VMD-12 is a wall mountable Air dryer unit that now uses environmental sensors to automatically adjust its programming to maximize performance in every possible situation. It can supply up to 12 Liters per Minute of dry air from ambient. Because of its capacity this air dryer can now provide dry air for up to 2 x VMUS-K units.

The VMD-30 is a wall mountable Air dryer unit. It can supply up to 30 l/min of dry air under normal conditions. The VMD-30 is used to supply a dry air source for as many as two VMUS-8 Ozone Generators. This is ideal if an application using smaller units where expansion is being considered, or for larger units.

The RMOC is a controller for ozone systems that utilize oxygen as feed gas. The controller has many functions such as PLC connectivity, ORP monitoring and control, and Vacuum monitoring to name just a few. The RMOC can run upto 4 RMU series generator and 4 oxygen concentrators (AS-12).

    The VMC-ORP/D03 offers an accurate, water based, Oxidation Reduction Potential or Dissolved Ozone monitoring and controlling solution in a small, stand alone form factor. The unit is specifically designed to communicate and use with the VMUS series ozone generators. Unit features Low and High adjustable alarm settings. Simply select desired Setpoint and the system will maintain that setpoint +-50mv. 4-20mA output is a standard feature along with an interlock.

The HTU-500 ozone generator is an ideal, economic solution for very small ozone output applications where less than 1 gram/hour of ozone is required. This unit is vacuum driven and must be incorporated into an engineered system to operate.

The VMUS-K is a wall mountable Ozone generator which produces up to 4g/hr of ozone @ 6l/min of dry. This unit is typically used in small water bottling plants, self contained site remediation systems, and air systems for small commercial buildings.

The VMUS-K3 is a wall mountable Ozone generator which produces up to 10 g/hr of ozone @ 16 l/min of dry air. This unit is able to produce 2.5 times the amount of ozone as the VMUS-4 in a relatively small form factor, making this unit very versatile. The VMUS-K3 is an industrial machine designed to operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week for 10+ years and carries a 3 year warranty.

The VMUS-DG is a wall mountable Ozone generator which produces up to 13 g/hr of ozone @ 6 l/min of oxygen. This unit utilizes our double quartz technology for ultra pure and high concentration applications. The double quartz technology is tuned specifically for oxygen and thus should only be run with an oxygen concentrator or from an oxygen tank.

The RMU16-DG3 is a rack mountable Ozone generator which produces up to ~20 g/hr of ozone @ 6 l/min of oxygen. This unit utilizes our double quartz technology for ultra pure and high concentration applications. The double quartz technology is tuned specifically for oxygen and thus should only be run with an oxygen concentrator or an oxygen tank. Rack mounted units such as this are designed to operate with a controller (e.g. RMOC) The picture below depicts a single RMU16-DG3’s.
