The BAMOPHOX 106 offers high flexibility on use mixing different built-in programmes for regulation, thresholds, temperature compensation, and alarms. The 2 lines back lighted display, 16 alphanumerical characters, gives an easy measurement and temperature reading in any conditions. It also displays the configuration menu and settings of thresholds, analogical outputs, operation data modes, calibration steps. To allow a quick and easy diagnostic after configuration a simulation program is built-in with direct actuation on contacts outputs, analogical outputs and PID regulation. A copy of the signal on the 4-20 mA output is galvanic insulated; it can be set up within the all range of the parameter. Temperature measurement is also available on a 4-20 mA output (this output is not available when PID regulation is in use).

BAMO Mesures SAS designed the resistivity metre 319 ML / DB for process control and survey of demineralised water through two bottles of resins. Input 1: controls the first bottle, as a blind instrument (without display) As soon as the fluid resistivity is less than the preset value the relay 1 switches a signal alarm to inform the operator. Input 2: controls the second bottle with its own alarm arameters.
The measurement of resistivity is permanently displayed. 3 relay outputs are to be used either for the input 1 or input 2; adjustments are done by the operator. The 4-20 mA outputs allow the report of process operations, in order to have a true image of water quality.

BAMOBUL level sensor is wall mounting; housing protection IP 55, including a pressure sensor, an electronic amplifier and an air generator. Pneumatic connections are of quick coupling type for 6 x 4 mm RISLAN tubing. All wirings are with screw connectors, cable glands ensure the water tightness. The air bubbling stem is of stainless steel 316 L, equipped with a sliding fixing device allowing an exact position of “0 flow rate”. Support is a stainless steel plate to mount on the channel.

HP side: static P + dynamic P. Facing the flow, 4 ports are localised cutting the surface in 4 sections of equal flowrate. These 4 measured pressures are averaged and get added with static pressure into the pipe. LP side: static P. Opposite flow, a 5th port get static pressure. So, on the connection head, it is possible to get a differential pressure image of the flow as: ?P = (HP - LP) = stat. P + dyn. P - stat. P = dyn. P.

The switches BSM, BRK, BRT may be mounted along the column, please see our documentations 585. A continuous level sensor RTM may also be mounted along the tubing guide, please see the documentation 586. The transmitters are with a potentiometrical output (in Ohm) or with a 4-20 mA signal. Graduated rulers are specifically designed in PVC or stainless steel. Scales are in [%] or in [cm] or graduations in volume. They are mounted on the side of the column, close to the magnet ruler.

With its integrated transmitter and connection for diagnostic, the MAXIMAT is ideal to detect the liquid level and to give an alarm before the overfilling of a tank.Convenient to use with any electrically conductive, non-flammable, waterendangering liquids; even highly aggressive liquids. It is a perfect instrument to detect fluid in a double wall tank.

Those flow meters are calibrated on a test bench with a precision better than ± 5 pulses /1000. Tests are carrying out at room temperature with water. In an electromagnetic flow meter, the fluid section is in a magnetic field originated by toroidal spools. Electrodes, fitted at 90° from the fluid movement and in contact with the conductive liquid measure the generated potential. This potential is proportional to the speed flow (Faraday law) and to the flow rate if the pipe section is constant.

Two toroidal spools encapsulated in NORYL material (Fig.1). This sensor is a standard version with an integrated temperature sensor for the automatic temperature compensation.

In our standard models, you may choose between 4 types of instruments, all with an ISO 4359 Venturi, with or without approach and tranquilization flumes. They are manufactured in reinforced polyester fibreglass for flow rates from 2 to 2500 m3/h. For the smallest flow ranges, we can provide a PE module allowing an easiest installation on site. For the greater flow rates we can provide just the Venturi channel, without approach and tranquilization flumes.

A turbidity sensor (emitter plus receiver) is mounted on an immersion probe with an integrated hydrostatic level sensor. The light beam is in Infra red range at 940 nm.
